Alternatively complete and submit an Order Enquiry Form and one of our team will call you back to process the order.
Please have the following information available when placing your order:
- Company / organisation name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Products to be ordered and quantities
- Your Myconostica account number (or a method of payment - see below)
Payment Information
For established customers in the UK the terms are net 30 days. For first time customers two credit references are required before credit terms can be established.

For all other customers including orders received before credit terms have been established will require payment in advance. We accept the following cards over the telephone: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo. Payments can also be made directly into our bank account, please discuss with Customer Services.
All enquiries and orders received for regions which are represented by a Myconostica distributor will be forwarded to that distributor for processing.
Customers will be invoiced and are required to pay in the following currencies, based on your location: US ($), UK (£), Europe (€), Rest of World ($). Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which we will send to you with your quotation.

Myconostica Ltd warrants that the material sold meets the quality standards at the time of shipment. Under this warranty, liability is limited to replacement of the product. Myconostica Ltd is not liable for any consequential damages or loss.
